Comfort House Equipment Rentals is a family owned and operated business serving Central Florida since 1968. We rent dumpsters for commercial use, portable toilets for construction sites, outdoor events, corporate events, weddings and receptions and holding tanks and accessories.

We purposely limit our market area to the counties surrounding Orlando with a philosophy of saturating the local market in order to provide prompt, superior service at an affordable price.  Comfort House’s first large contract was in early 1970 with the development of Walt Disney World. Since that time we have enjoyed the growth Central Florida has experienced.Serving Central Florida over the past 40 years has given us the opportunity to establish some wonderful relationships.  Comfort House is honored to serve the construction industry with projects like the Orlando Magic Arena, Winnie Palmer Hospital, Rosen Shingle Creek and the Animal Kingdom at Disney.

We pride ourselves in providing equipment ranging from roll off dumpsters, eco-friendly, green portable restrooms to VIP equipped luxury restroom trailers. Our main goal is to provide you with courteous, prompt service you expect and deserve!
